About MissionFit

MissionFit is a result-driven outdoor training camp. As the name suggests, our aim is to enhance your level of fitness through a multi-disciplinary approach. Our classes focus on improving your strength, endurance, flexibility and agility apart from providing nutrition advice.

We challenge every level of fitness - whether you are looking to get fit for the first time or push your performance to the next level - and provide you the right motivation. Our progressive and innovative approach to workouts make the classes fun and at the same time, effective. We have equipment based sessions and no session is ever the same. Enjoy getting fit!

An engineer by qualification and a fitness professional by choice. His credentials include the reputed Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from NSCA, USA and a Certified Personal Trainer by American Council of Exercise. He's also a qualified CPR professional by the American Heart Association.

MissionFit runs 3 times per week, at 75 minute duration per session involving different exercises, circuits & team games. Every session is different.
Challenging. The aim is to gradually increase the intensity as the level of fitness improves. The instructors motivate and push you to get fit and achieve the results you want in a fun environment.
Please carry a water bottle. Wear suitable clothing (tracks or shorts, tshirt and running shoes recommended). Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes early for your first session.
